Educational qualification is post-wise: Assistant Loco Pilot requires 10th, ITI, Diploma or Degree as applicable; Technician requires 10th, 12th, ITI, B.Sc., Diploma or Degree as applicable; Junior Engineer requires a Diploma; Commercial cum Ticket Clerk requires 12th pass. Selected employees are liable to be posted anywhere in North Central Railway. The notification states there is no minimum service condition, as applicable under the cited Railway Board instructions.
