Which Candidates This Hall Ticket Is For
This hall ticket is specifically for the Field Assistant post under the Combined Technical Services Examination (Diploma Level)-II, notified through Notification No. 13/2025 on 3 September 2025. It covers the Physical Fitness Test stage, which is the next stage for candidates who have been shortlisted for it. Candidates for other posts under the same Combined Technical Services examination should not assume that this hall ticket applies to them — each post and stage has its own hall ticket, and the post name and stage printed on the downloaded document are the final authority.
A point of confusion to avoid: some pages list an earlier Combined Technical Services hall ticket date in early October 2026. That earlier hall ticket relates to the earlier written-examination stage of the examination, not to this Physical Fitness Test. The hall ticket covered here is the Field Assistant PET hall ticket released on 31 October 2026 for the 11 to 14 November 2026 tests. If the document you download does not mention the Physical Fitness Test, you have downloaded the wrong stage document and should look for the PET hall ticket link in the OTR dashboard.
Physical Fitness Test Schedule
The Physical Fitness Tests for the Field Assistant post are scheduled from 11 November 2026 to 14 November 2026. The exact test date, session and venue for each candidate are printed on that candidate own hall ticket — the four-day window is the overall schedule, not a single common date for every candidate. Candidates should therefore go strictly by their own hall ticket for the date and reporting time, and should not rely on another candidate schedule, a coaching-centre notice or a social media post claiming a single date for all candidates.
TNPSC hall tickets are not sent by post. Every candidate must download the hall ticket from the official portal and carry a printed copy to the test venue. Candidates are advised to download it well before 11 November 2026, rather than on the morning of their test, so that any login problem or detail mismatch can be sorted out in time.
How to Download the TNPSC CTS Field Assistant Hall Ticket
- Visit the official TNPSC website at tnpsc.gov.in (or tnpscexams.in) and open the One Time Registration (OTR) dashboard.
- Log in with your Application Number and Date of Birth, as registered for this examination.
- Find the hall ticket link for the Combined Technical Services Examination (Diploma Level)-II, Field Assistant — Physical Fitness Test.
- Download the hall ticket and take two or three clear printouts.
- Check your name, photograph, test date, venue and reporting instructions on the printout. If any detail is wrong, or if the photograph is unclear, contact the commission through the helpdesk details given on the official website immediately, rather than waiting until the test day.
Keep your Application Number and Date of Birth safe until the whole recruitment process is over, because later stages — certificate verification and any further communication from the commission — use the same registration details. Do not share your OTR login credentials with anyone, and download the hall ticket only from the official TNPSC websites, never from a third-party link sent by message or email.
Documents to Carry and Test-Day Instructions
Carry a printed copy of the hall ticket and a valid original photo identity proof to the Physical Fitness Test venue — entry without the hall ticket is not permitted. Reach the venue well before the reporting time printed on the hall ticket, since physical test formalities, including verification of identity and documents, take time. Read the instructions printed on the hall ticket carefully, including the dress and footwear requirements for a physical test, the list of permitted and prohibited items, and the reporting rules, and follow the officials directions at the venue.
Candidates should also keep the hall ticket safely after the test, because TNPSC may ask for it again at later stages and does not always issue duplicates. After the Physical Fitness Test, further stages and the result follow as per the official TNPSC recruitment process for this post. Candidates should keep checking tnpsc.gov.in for result and certificate verification updates, and should preserve the hall ticket and application details until the recruitment process is complete.
